Autumn and Dominyc’s woodland-themed wedding at The Barn at Schwinn Produce Farm in Leavenworth, KS combined creativity, family, and faith into one beautiful fall day.
Autumn and Dominyc’s wedding day started bright and early at The Barn at Schwinn Produce Farm just outside of Leavenworth, Kansas. The bridal party got ready inside the white farmhouse, surrounded by coffee, laughter, and a few happy tears. Autumn’s mom helped her with the final touches while her bridesmaids finished hair and makeup nearby.
Down at the barn, Dominyc and his groomsmen got ready together, joking around and helping each other with ties and boutonnieres. The two met for a first look on the stone steps, a quiet and emotional moment before the day officially began.
After that, we moved into wedding party photos across the property. The fall colors made the perfect backdrop for portraits full of energy and personality. Family joined in soon after for group photos, and it was clear how much love and support surrounded these two.
Ceremony
Guests gathered outside the barn for the ceremony, which was decorated with woodland details and touches inspired by the movie Up. Pastor Mavis led a heartfelt ceremony that focused on the couple’s strong faith and commitment to building their marriage on that foundation.
One of the most meaningful moments was their salt ceremony, symbolizing how their two lives are now inseparable. You could feel how important that symbolism was to both of them — a quiet, personal reflection of their shared beliefs.
When Pastor Mavis pronounced them husband and wife, the guests cheered as cold sparks filled the air and Autumn and Dominyc made their way down the aisle, officially beginning their next chapter together.
Reception
After the ceremony, everyone moved inside the barn for the reception. The décor tied in the woodland theme with small rustic details. It felt fun, cozy, and very “them.”
The newlyweds made their entrance and went straight into their first dance, followed by emotional parent dances that had everyone watching with smiles and tears. The reception also included a shoe game, cake cutting, and toasts from their closest friends and family.
Once the dance floor opened up, DJ Tyrone kept it full all afternoon. Guests took turns at the selfie mirror, kids ran around the barn lawn, and the afternoon was full of laughter and energy.
To end the reception, Autumn and Dominyc shared a sparkler and cold spark exit surrounded by family and friends. The combination of lights, cheers, and celebration made for the perfect send-off to a day built on love, faith, and a little bit of adventure.
